Funeral Announcements for May 13, 2025

Visitation for John K. Fravel, 81, of Sedalia, will be held at Calvary Baptist Church, Friday, May 16 at 11 a.m., followed by a Celebration of Life service at 12 p.m.

Visitation for Dennis P. “Denny” Johnson, 75, of Knob Noster, will be 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 13 at Heckart Funeral Home. Memorial service will be 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 14 at Heckart Funeral Home. Burial will follow at 3 p.m. at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville with full military honors.

Funeral service for Mindell "Mindy" Kay Reid, 56, of Houstonia, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, May 16 at LifePointe Church. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 15 at the church. Burial will be at Houstonia Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Funeral service for Vladimir Ivanovich Georgiev, 74, of Smithton, will be held from 10 a.m. to 12: p.m. Wednesday, May 14 at Rea Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Funeral service for Paul W. Williams, 82, of La Monte,  will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 13 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Burial will be at La Monte Cemetery, with full military honors by the United States Army and VFW Post #2591.

A celebration of life for Paul J. Litton, 64, of Concordia,  will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, May 19 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Emma. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

No services will be held for Carl William (Bill) Heuerman Jr., 82.

Graveside service for Sharon Sue (Grazier) Rimel will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 17 at the Tipton Masonic Cemetery.  Arrangements are in care of Meisenheimer-Page-Dady Funeral Home in Tipton.
