Funeral Announcements for May 14, 2021

A funeral services for George Henry Stegner, 95, of Marthasville, will be held at the church,  Friday, May 14 at 11 a.m. The family will then go to Pilot Grove, for his final resting place on Saturday, May 15. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Meisenheimer Funeral Home in Pilot Grove, with a graveside service with military honors to follow at Wesley Chapel Cemetery.

There will be an informal graveside service for Ralph E. (Bunny) Houchen, age 96, of Houstonia, at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 15 at the Houstonia Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.

A graveside service with full military honors for Bobby C. Salmon, 94, of Sedalia, will be held at a later date at Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.

Private graveside services for Erika Bowers, 85, of Sedalia, will be held at Laurel Oak Cemetery in Windsor. Arrangements are in care of the Hadley Funeral Home, Windsor.

Funeral service for Norma Joy Vansell, 84, of Sedalia, will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 14 at Heckart Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery. There will be a meal following the burial at the Heckart Family Center.

Funeral services for James R. “Jim” Halbrook, 87, of Clinton,  will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 14, at First United Methodist Church (916 Thompson Blvd.), Sedalia. Graveside services will follow at 2:30 pm Friday in the Englewood Cemetery, Clinton. Arrangements are in care of Bradley & Hadley Funeral Home, Clinton.

A Celebration of Life for Barbara Anglin, 89, of Sedalia, will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A graveside service for Bill “B.B.” Cline, 94, of Goleta, Calif., will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, May 22,
