Funeral Announcements for May 22, 2024

Funeral service for Betty Jean Bale, 91, of Sedalia, will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 22 at Heckart Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 12 p.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.

Burial for Lew Curt Knox, 85, of Sedalia,will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday, May 22 at Highland Sacred Gardens.

A celebration of life for Dickie Joe Schultz, 85, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 22 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.

Memorial Mass for Linda K. Ricker, 70 of Gravois Mills, formerly of Sedalia, will be 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 22 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Sacred Heart Chapel. Inurnment will follow in Memorial Park Mausoleum. Rosary will be recited at 9:30 a.m., followed by the family receiving friends from 9:45 a.m., until service time.

Funeral service for Verna Augusta Eckhoff, 94, of Cole Camp, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 23 at Trinity Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery near Cole Camp. The family will receive friends beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22 with a prayer service to be held at 8 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church. Arrangement are in care of Fox Funeral Home.

A memorial service for Mark Kevin Epstein, 64, of Kansas City, will be held at 5 p.m. Friday, May 31, at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m., prior to the service.

Memorial mass for Michael John Basham, 53, of Broomfield, Colo., formerly of Sedalia, will be at 10 a.m. Friday, May 31 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, St. Patrick Chapel. Inurnment will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, May 30 at McLaughlin Funeral Chapel, followed by visitation from 7 to 8 p.m.
