Funeral Announcements for November 3, 3023

A Celebration of Life for Kenneth James “Jim” Mullins, 60, of Climax Springs, will be held Saturday, Nov. 4 at 1 p.m. at the Climax Springs Civic Center. Arrangements are in care of Heckart Funeral Home.

A celebration of life for Richard "Scott" Satterwhite, 62, Sedalia, will be held on Friday, Nov. 3, at 5 p.m. at Rea Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral chapel.

Cremation arrangements for Tim George Dodson, 71, Sedalia, are provided by Heckart Funeral Home & Cremation Services, and a memorial service announced at a later date.

The family of Betty Joan Fry, 91, Sedalia, will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m., on Sunday, Nov. 5 at Heckart Funeral Home. A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 6 at the Otterville Baptist Church, followed by a graveside service at La Monte Cemetery.

Burial for Rebecca Slaughter, 69, of Cole Camp, will be held at the Leavenworth National Cemetery, in Lansing, Kan., at a later date. Cremation arrangements are in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Funeral service for Russell "Rick" E. Harvey, 65, of Sedalia will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, Nov. 6, at Rea Funeral Chapel. Full military honors will be conducted by the United States Army, and VFW Post #2591, prior to the service. The family will receive friends on Sunday, Nov. 5, from 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
