
Funeral Announcements for October 21, 2024
Funeral service for Richard Paul Eckhoff, 67, of La Monte, will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 25 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will greet friends from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 24 at the same location. Burial will take place at Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville, with full military honors conducted by the United States Army and VFW Post #2591.
A memorial service for Melinda "Rusty" Eckles, 72, of Sedalia, will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8 at Rea Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
A celebration of life for Laura C. Berlin, 47, of St. Louis, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends from 12 p.m., until service time at the chapel.
The family of Timothy Ray Warnock, 59, of Sedalia, will announce a celebration of life gathering with family and friends at a later date. Cremation arrangements are in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
Visitation for Tia Kaye Demand, 47, of Sedalia, will be 10 a.m., to 12:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25 at First United Methodist Church Celebration Center. Funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. There is no burial scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.
Funeral service for Gayline "Rae" Leafty, 80, of Sedalia, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 24 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, with Bishop Don Carr officiating. The family invites friends to a visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23 at Rea Funeral Chapel in Sedalia. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.
Funeral service for Lafayette Gordon “Gordy” “Bo” Bohling, 84, of Sedalia, will be 2:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25 at Heckart Funeral Home. Visitation will be 2 p.m., until service time. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery with full military honors conducted by the US Navy.
The family of Brian Doyle Brockman, 55, of La Monte, will have a celebration of life from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9 at the American Legion Post #642, Sedalia. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
