Funeral Announcements for October 22, 2020

A funeral service for LaVerne Ruth Bahrenburg, 91, of Cole Camp, will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24  at Trinity Lutheran Church in Cole Camp, where the family will receive friends beginning at 10:30 a.m.  Burial will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.

A Celebration of Life for Carl K. Faulk, 84, of Otterville, formerly of Lawrence, Kan., and Rockport, Texas, will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Edward Leo Richards, 98, of Sedalia, will be at 11 a.m. on Friday at Heckart Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until service time. Burial will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery with full military honors provided by the Sedalia VFW Post 2591.

A private family service will be held for Wilma Ann Bowers, 91, of Sedalia. Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.

No service is planned for Robert Earl “Bob” Evans, 62, of Sedalia, due to the pandemic. An online memorial may be held at a later date. Bob will be laid to rest next to his parents in Crown Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.

Mass of Christian Burial for Andrew “Andy” J. Simon, 95, of Sedalia, formerly of La Monte, will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, at the Sacred Heart Chapel of St. Vincent de Paul. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery with military honors by the U.S. Navy. Prayers of the Rosary will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday at the church, with visitation to follow until service time. Those wishing to attend are required to wear a mask and practice social distancing. Arrangements are in care of McLaughlin Funeral Chapel.
