Funeral Announcements for October 26, 2020

A prayer service for Sharon Leigh Hanson-Crouch, 58, of Sedalia, will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 26 at Rea Funeral Chapel. Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Graveside services for  John King, 80, of Sedalia, will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27 at Crown Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Alexander-May Funeral Home.

A private family service will be held for Wilma Ann Bowers, 91, of Sedalia. Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.

No service is planned for Robert Earl “Bob” Evans, 62, of Sedalia, due to the pandemic. An online memorial may be held at a later date. Bob will be laid to rest next to his parents in Crown Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.

Final arrangements are pending for Kent D. Mahoney, 60, of Walterboro, South Carolina and formerly of Sedalia.

A celebration of life for Sandy Gail Coleman, 64, of Sedalia, will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 30 at Rea Funeral Chapel.

Arrangements are pending at Rea Funeral Chapel for Betty Marie Sublett, 86, of Sedalia.

Funeral services for Marilyn Kay Cantrell, 79, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28 at First Baptist Church of Sedalia. Burial will be in Green Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the church. Arrangements are in care of Heckart Funeral Home.

Mass of Christian Burial for Geraldine “Gerry” M. Arnold, 97, of Sedalia, will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 2 at the Sacred Heart Chapel of St. Vincent de Paul. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery with full military honors by VFW 2591 and the U.S. Navy. Services by Voiture 333 of the 40&8 will begin at 9 a.m. Monday with visitation to follow until 10:30 a.m. at McLaughlin Funeral Chapel.
