Funeral Announcements for October 27, 2020

Graveside services for  John King, 80, of Sedalia, will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27 at Crown Hill Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of Alexander-May Funeral Home.

A private family service will be held for Wilma Ann Bowers, 91, of Sedalia. Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.

Final arrangements are pending for Kent D. Mahoney, 60, of Walterboro, South Carolina and formerly of Sedalia.

A celebration of life for Sandy Gail Coleman, 64, of Sedalia, will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 30 at Rea Funeral Chapel.

Funeral services for Marilyn Kay Cantrell, 79, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28 at First Baptist Church of Sedalia. Burial will be in Green Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the church. Arrangements are in care of Heckart Funeral Home..

A celebration of life for Robert Arthur Turner, 38, of Naples, will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, at Ocean Church, 22100 South Tamiami Trail, Estero, Fla., 33928. Burial will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at Memorial Park Cemetery, 3306 Green Ridge Road. Immediately following, family and friends are welcome to Circle T Ranch, 28796 Hwy AA, Green Ridge, for a celebratory luncheon. Local arrangements are in care of Heckart Funeral Home.

Visitation for Laura Catherine “Cathy” Bush, 67, of Sedalia, will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 29 at Heckart Funeral Home. Memorial services will start at 6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. A private inurnment will be held at a later date at Highland Sacred Gardens.

Mass of Christian Burial for Geraldine “Gerry” M. Arnold, 97, of Sedalia, will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 2 at the Sacred Heart Chapel of St. Vincent de Paul. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery with full military honors by VFW 2591 and the U.S. Navy. Services by Voiture 333 of the 40&8 will begin at 9 a.m. Monday with visitation to follow until 10:30 a.m. at McLaughlin Funeral Chapel.

Burial for Dolores Lee Fletcher, 90, of Buffalo, will be in the Springfield National Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.
