Funeral Announcements for September 19, 2024

A Celebration of Life for Nancy Ann Arnold, 72, of rural Pettis County, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28 at Lamine Baptist Church in Pilot Grove. Arrangements are in care of McLaughlin Funeral Chapel. Private inurnment will be at a later date.

Mass of Christian burial for Cecil Leo Gerke, 78 of Sedalia, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 19 at St. Vincent de Paul Sacred Heart Parish. The family will receive friends from 6:15 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18 at Rea Funeral Chapel with Recitation of the Rosary at 6 p.m.  Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Memorial service for William Alan Barrick, 66, of Cole Camp, will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12 at Our Last Resort, 123 Maple Street, Cole Camp. Arrangements are in care of Fox Funeral Home.

Visitation for Barbara Rose Henderson, 69, of Sedalia, will be 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 19 at Heckart Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin at 11:30 a.m. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

A celebration of life for Gary Thomas Creek, 85, of Sedalia, will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19 at LifePointe Church. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m., until service time at the LifePointe Church. Arrangements are in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A memorial service for  Marion S. Rowe, 91, of Shawnee, Kan., will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 23 at Lenexa Baptist Church, Lenexa, Kan. A graveside service and burial will follow at 3 p.m., at Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A Celebration of Life for James E. Goss, 64, of Smithton, will be held the evening of Oct. 5 at the residence of Jimmy and Carmen Goss. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.

Funeral service for Dorothy Fay Norfleet, 88, of Sedalia, formerly of Houstonia, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 21 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Emma. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 20 at Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia. Burial will be at Holy Cross Lutheran Cemetery.
