Funeral Announcements for September 24, 2024

A Celebration of Life for Nancy Ann Arnold, 72, of rural Pettis County, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28 at Lamine Baptist Church in Pilot Grove. Arrangements are in care of McLaughlin Funeral Chapel. Private inurnment will be at a later date.

A Celebration of Life for James E. Goss, 64, of Smithton, will be held the evening of Oct. 5 at the residence of Jimmy and Carmen Goss. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.

Memorial service for Barbara A. Williams, 72, of Cole Camp, will be held from 12 to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28 at Coy's Automotive, 811 E. Main Street, Cole Camp.  Burial will be in Laurel Oak Cemetery in Windsor. Arrangements are in care of Fox Funeral Home.

A graveside service and burial for Betty L. (Lahmeyer) Kennedy, 98, of Sedalia, will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 23 at Crown Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. at Rea Funeral Chapel, prior to going to the cemetery.

A memorial service for Mary Ann Knowles, 92, of La Monte, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 30 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m., until service time at the funeral home.

A celebration of life for Norman W. Zinck Jr., 60, of Sedalia, will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 24 at Rea Funeral Chapel.

A Celebration of Life for Hollie E. Barnes, 42, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin will be held on Saturday, October 5, from 1 to 3 p.m., at Rea Funeral Chapel.

Visitation for Ann K. Fravel, 78, of Sedalia, will be held at Calvary Baptist Church Saturday, Oct. 5 at 10 a.m., followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 11 a.m. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.

The family of Joyce Leigh Franklin, 84, of Sedalia, will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until service time at the funeral chapel. A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27 at Rea Funeral Chapel. Graveside committal will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.

No services are planned for Sharon Kay Cary, 78, of Warrensburg. Cremation arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
