Funeral Announcements for September 26, 2023

Funeral service for Gena Louise Buchanan, 59, of Sedalia, will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 27 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel. The burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery.

Funeral service for Jo Ann “Jody” Neher, 89, of Sedalia,will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 28 at First Christian Church. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until service time at the church. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.

Prayers of the Rosary for Robert Eugene Felten, 71, of Pilot Grove, will begin at 8:45 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 30 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with visitation to follow until 10:45 a.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Clear Creek. Arrangements are in the care of Meisenheimer-Page-Dady Funeral Home in Pilot Grove.

Memorial service for Gregory James Faust, 59, of Sedalia, will be 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 28 at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 19856 Hwy Y, Sedalia. The family will receive friends 10 a.m., until service time at the church. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

The family of Randolph Huth Schlesselman, 95, of Cole Camp, will receive friends beginning at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 30, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Cole Camp with a funeral service to be held at 2:30 p.m. Burial will be in St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery near Cole Camp. Arrangements are in care of Fox Funeral Home.

Graveside service for Kenneth Schumacher of Independence, will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 30, at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery near Cole Camp under the direction of the Fox Funeral Home.

Visitation for Jerry Mark Ehlers, 66, of Cole Camp, will be at 10:00 a.m. with funeral services at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 29 at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Sedalia. Memorial contributions may be made to Our Savior Lutheran Church Altar Guild.  Burial will be at Memorial Cemetery, north of Cole Camp. Arrangements by Fox Funeral Home.
