Funeral Announcements for September 6, 2023

A graveside celebration of life for Johnna Sue Horne, 52, of Iberia, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 8, at Knob Noster Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A celebration of life for Mark W. Gerlach, 70, of Sedalia, will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 7 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel.

No formal services will be held for Ada Leona Walters, 83, of Sedalia. Inurnment of Leona's cremains will be in Highland Sacred Gardens along with her nephew, James Dillon. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

There will be a celebration of life at a later date for J.C. “Butch” Wells Jr., 75, of Sedalia. Arrangements by Rea Funeral Chapel.

Memorial services for Lillian Korette Kadrie, 85, of Cole Camp, will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 10 at Grace Fellowship Church in Cole Camp.Arrangements are in care of Fox Funeral Home.

There are no services planned for Phillip Harrison Staton, 80, of Houstonia, at this time.  Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home in Sedalia.

Funeral service for Cheryl Ann Boatcher, 65, of Sedalia, will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 7 at Heckart Funeral Home. Visitation will be 9 a.m., until service time.
