A celebration of life for Janice Kay Mather, 78, of Sedalia, will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 8, at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel.
A Celebration of Life Service for Richard "Jim" James Young Jr., 77, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 9, at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service.
Friends of Florence “Winky” Chesnutt Friedrichs, 96, of Pleasant Green, may pay their respects and sign the guest book after noon Thursday, Sept. 8 at Meisenheimer-Page-Dady Funeral Home in Pilot Grove, where the family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday. A celebration of life will be held at a later date this fall.
Funeral Mass for Albert William Bruehl, 91, of Sedalia, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 8, at St. Vincent de Paul Parish, St. Patrick's Chapel. Reading of the Rosary will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7 with family receiving friends to follow until 8 p.m. at Rea Funeral Chapel.

A memorial graveside service and burial for Madison E. Mitchell, 28, of Sedalia, will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14, at Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Mass of Christian Burial for Rosemary Taylor Merryfield, 101, of Windsor, will be at 11 a.m. Sept. 9 at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, Windsor. The family will receive friends before the service from 10 to 11 a.m., at the church. Burial will be in the Laurel Oak Cemetery, Windsor. Arrangements are in care of the Hadley Funeral Home, Windsor.
A memorial service for Gevan Wayne Hesterlee, 66, Everett, Snohomish County, Washington, formerly of Sedalia, is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 9 at 1 p.m., at Broadway Presbyterian Church.
