U.S. News and World Report recently released their "Best High Schools" rankings report and Knob Noster High School ranked #26 in their Missouri rankings. Keep reading to see why the school ranked so high, and where other schools in our area ranked.

Here's how U.S. News evaluate the schools that made this list:

"Schools were compared on state assessments, graduation rates and college-level exams. The data used is entirely from third-party sources and pertains primarily to the 2017-2018 academic year. U.S. News published distinct national, state and metro area rankings; rankings of charter schools and magnet schools; and rankings of high schools by school districts and schools with strength in STEM fields."

I think these rankings show that some of our area schools are doing a good job educating the youth in West Central Missouri.
