Jiffy Stop Food Mart Employee Accused of Stealing $300 of Merchandise

Sedalia Police took a theft report from Jiffy Stop Food Mart, 1722 W. Broadway, on Monday.

According to the report, the complainant said an employee had been stealing from the business, and he located $300 in merchandise that had been taken.

50-year-old Brenda K. Broce of Pettis County, was contacted and transported to the Sedalia Police Department, where she admitted to taking the items.

Broce was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where she was booked and released with a charge of stealing.
