Kingsville Man Accused of Sexual Misconduct at Convenience Store

On Tuesday, Jan. 29, the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by Phillip K. Polen, age 54, of Kingsville, regarding the sexual misconduct investigation that occurred on Sunday, Jan. 27 at the Kingsville Fast Stop in Kingsville, Mo.

Polen identified himself as the male subject wanted for questioning in this case. Polen was taken into custody for first degree sexual misconduct.

Polen was booked into the Johnson County Jail and released pending formal charges.
