Firefighters battled a large condo complex fire at the Lake of the Ozarks Tuesday evening at Emerald Bay Condominiums at the 14-mile marker.

A Facebook post from Lake Area Fools posted photos of the blaze at Building 278 around 7:30 p.m..

It was unknown if there were any injuries or the origin of the fire.

There was a report of a resident lighting up a grill on a balcony that exploded, but that report is not confirmed.

The blaze was reportedly contained by 8:30 p.m. Judging by a Twitter video, the light pink building was completely destroyed.

Emerald Bay has 120 units across 11 buildings on Horseshoe Bend.
