Funeral Announcements for June 25, 2025

Funeral service for Jareth Demitri Biles, 9, of Warrensburg,  will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 25 at Rea Funeral Chapel. Visitation and viewing will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral chapel.

A celebration of life for Bobby "Bob" Joe Ross Jr., 64, of Sedalia, will be held from 10 am., to 12 p.m. Thursday, June 26 at Rea Funeral Chapel.

Visitation for Donna Marie Bartley, 91, will be held from 10 a.m. until service time on Tuesday, June 24 at Heckart Funeral Home in Sedalia. Funeral service will be held at 1 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. The family will gather for a graveside service and burial in Spickard, Mo., at the Masonic Cemetery at 3 p.m. Tuesday, June 24.

A graveside service and burial for Mary Louise Ditton, 98, of Sedalia, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 25 at Crown Hill Cemetery.

Visitation for Elizabeth Ann "Liz" Closser, 83, of Sedalia, will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, June 29 at Heckart Funeral Home in Sedalia. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, June 30 at the funeral home with burial to follow at Pilot Grove City Cemetery.

A private family service for John Robert Nichols, 75, Nelson, will be held with inurnment at Miller's Chapel Cemetery, located close to his home. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Home.

A prayer service for Vlad S. Izoita, 16, of Sedalia, will be held at 6 p.m. Sunday, June 29 at Sedalia Tabernacle - Skiniya Church, Sedalia. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, June 30. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.
