Man Arrested in the Death of His Sister in Kansas City

Authorities have arrested a man accused of killing his sister in Kansas City.

The Kansas City Star reports that police found the woman's body Sunday night while responding to a report of a cutting. The name of the victim wasn't immediately released.

Kansas City Police Chief Darryl Forté said in a Tweet that domestic violence cases occur far too often. He urged people to "help those who are afraid."
