The Missouri Small Business Development Center (MOSBDC) at State Fair Community College will host two no-cost Introduction to Government Contracting classes for small business owners who want to learn how to navigate, research and connect to the government marketplace.

One class will be held 10-11:30 a.m. Oct. 18 in Fielding Technical Center on the SFCC Sedalia campus. The other class will be held 1-2:30 p.m. Oct. 26 at the Camdenton Chamber of Commerce, 739 W. U.S. Hwy. 54 in Camdenton. Registration is required.

These classes will provide participants with useful tools and next steps to compete for government contracts on the federal, state or local levels. After the class, any business may sign up for Missouri APEX Accelerator Services. These free services include assistance with strategic approaches, marketing, bid research and preparation, registrations, certifications, education resources, and more.
