MSHP Arrest Reports for August 14, 2023

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 33-year-old Cassondra M. Haley of Marshall at 4:08 p.m. Sunday in Lafayette County. She was charged with felony resisting arrest, felony driving while revoked, and was also wanted on felony warrant out of Kansas. Haley was taken to the Lafayette County Jail for a 24-hour hold.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 21-year-old William Kondratyuk of Sedalia at 11:37 p.m. Saturday in Pettis County. He was charged with resisting arrest and fourth degree assault on a special victim. Kondratyuk was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 39-year-old Jonathan C. Welch of Sedalia at 9:58 p.m.Saturday in Pettis County. He was on two Johnson County misdemeanor warrants. Welch was taken to the Pettis County Jail.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 41-year-old Jeremy A. Bowers of Knob Noster at 11:15 a.m. Saturday in Johnson County. He was charged with driving while intoxicated persistent offender, and speeding. Bowers was taken to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 45-year-old William M. Devaney of Warsaw at 5:23 p.m. Saturday in Benton County. He was charged with indecent exposure and property damage. Devaney was taken to the Benton County Jail for a 24-hour hold.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 27-year-old Francisco T. Aguare of Versailles at 11:04 p.m. Friday in Pettis County. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and improperly stopped in traffic. Aguare was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 25-year-old Brenden M. Price of Sedalia at 12:30 a.m. Friday in Pettis County. He was charged with 4th-degree assault. Price was taken to the Pettis County Jail for a 24-hour hold.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 57-year-old Robert E. Baldwin of Marshall at 4:16 p.m. Thursday in Saline County. He was charged with driving while revoked and was also wanted on a felony warrant out of Warren County. Baldwin was taken to the Saline County Jail.
