MSHP arrest reports for December 17, 2019

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 23-year-old Eric E. Diaz of Whiteman Air Force Base at 12:48 a.m. Sunday in Johnson County. Diaz was charged with DWI and speeding. He was taken to the Johnson County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The MSHP arrested 34-year-old Krista M. Wenberg of Warsaw at 9:32 p.m. Saturday in Pettis County. Wenberg was charged with DWI. She was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where she was booked and released.

The MSHP arrested 57-year-old Brandy G. De le Shull of Sedalia at 1:48 p.m. Saturday in Johnson County. She was was charged with DWI and no valid license. She was taken to the Johnson County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The MSHP arrested 21-year-old Tyler R. Nims of Clinton at 1:25 a.m. Saturday in Jackson County. Diaz was charged with DWI and lane violation. Nims was taken to the Lee's Summit PD, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 66-year-old Judith A. Bearden of Marshall at 9:27 p.m. in Johnson County. Bearden was charged with DWI and driving on the wrong side of the road. She was taken to the Benton County Jail, where she was booked and released.
