MSHP Arrest Reports for January 4, 2021

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 44-year-old Kimberly J. Mills of Warrensburg at 1:20 a.m. Sunday in Johnson County.  She was taken to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 30-year-old Danny L. Rank of Warsaw at 2:10 p.m. Friday in Benton County. He was taken to the Benton County Jail, where he was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. Rank was also wanted on two felony Benton County warrants. He was held without bond.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 38-year-old Dustin A. Wolfe of Windsor at 12:59 a.m. Friday in Pettis County. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 48-year-old Billy R. Durham of Marshall at 12:33 a.m. Thursday in Saline County. He was charged with felony driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. Durham was taken to the Saline County Jail, where he was booked and released.
