MSHP Arrest Reports for July 5, 2021
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 23-year-old Oscar D. Padilla of Sedalia at 1:28 a.m. Monday in Miller County. He was charged with driving while intoxicated. Padilla was released on summons.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 25-year-old Joseph R. Lafernier of Warrensburg at 12 a.m. Saturday in Johnson County. Lafernier was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain the right half of the roadway, failure to provide proof of financial responsibility. Lafernier was taken to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 59-year-old Zetta G. Dalton of Smithton at 5:22 p.m. Friday in Petis County. She was charged with while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, and no proof of insurance. Dalton was released at the scene.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 36-year-old David R. Batzel of Sedalia at 3:25 p.m. Thursday in Bates County. He was wanted on a felony warrant out of Pettis County. Batzel was taken to the Bates County Jail.
