Native Run Returns to the Bud Tent at the Missouri State Fair [INTERVIEW]
It is not very often lately that a band returns to play the Missouri State Fair's Bud Tent two years in a row, but that is exactly what has happened this year with Native Run. Last year they were just getting their roots in Nashville, and now they are close to signing a record deal and putting out a new CD.
Native Run is led by Rachel Beauregard and Bryan Dawley, who some say they are like brother and sister, but they got their start in Virginia together. They are very down to earth artists who share stories through their show. If you missed their show on Saturday, they will be at the Bud Tent on Sunday, Aug. 11. at 2 and 6 p.m.
They are excited to be at the Missouri State Fair and said it has been awhile since they played at a state fair of any kind. After the show on Saturday, they walked around the Fairgrounds, enjoying the various booths and vendors. They hope to see you at the Bud Tent.
I had a chance to interview Rachel and Bryan before their first show of the day.
