Northwest-Sacred Heart Junior High football beat KC East Monday night, 44 -14.

On Monday night in Blue Springs, the Northwest Mustangs concluded their Junior High football season with a convincing victory to finish the season 4-1.

Leading the way on offense was Grant Goodwin, who had nine carries for 189 yards and three touchdowns, and Marcel Walton, who had nine carries for 60 yards.

Goodwin was two for five, passing for 44 yards and two touchdowns.

Receiver Marcel Walton had one catch for 24 yards and a touchdown.

Elliot Nieters had one catch for 20 yards and a touchdown.

Brock Wilson and Jacob Cordia  also both caught two-point conversions.

On defense, Grant Goodwin & Clay Crooker had nine tackles each, while Vlad Lopez added five stops.
