Pedestrian Receives Minor Injuries After Being Struck by Vehicle

A 52-year old Clinton man was injured after being struck by a vehicle in a Pettis County parking lot Wednesday morning.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the accident just before 9:00, at Temp Stop, located at Highway 65 and Elm Hills Blvd.

According to the online crash report, the accident occurred as Brian K. Terry was walking across the parking lot when a 2003 Hyundai XG350 struck him, causing minor injuries.

Terry declined medical treatment at the scene.

The driver of the Hyundai, 21-year old Nicholas R. Kowalski, of Mora, MO, was reportedly uninjured.
