Pettis County Deputies Arrest Man on Alleged Child Pornography Charges

On Monday, June 28, Pettis County Deputy Chancellor arrested Christopher A. Gardner, 48, within the borders of Pettis County for crimes occurring in the same.

After a lengthy investigation, a warrant was issued for Gardner’s arrest on the following charges:

Possession of Child Pornography

1st Degree Statutory Sodomy victim under the age of 12.

Bond was set at $250,000.

“These are extremely tough cases for law enforcement to investigate, and they could not be successful without our partners at Child Safe and other social service and law enforcement entities. A very tough few months for Det. Sgt. Clevenger, but a successful investigative outcome,” commented Sheriff Brad Anders in a Facebook post.
