In addition to voting for national and statewide offices, Pettis and Johnson County voters needed to elect various county-level officials. Offices up for election or re-election in Pettis and Johnson County include Eastern Commissioner, Western Commissioner, Sheriff, Coroner, Treasurer and Public Administrator.

In Pettis County, Israel Baeza and Mark A. Edwards ran unopposed and will serve another term as Eastern Commissioner and Western Commissioner. In Johnson County, Rusty Sproat and Charlie Kavanaugh ran unopposed and will serve as Eastern Commissioner and Western Commissioner.

Sheriffs Brad Anders of Pettis County and Scott Munsterman of Johnson County ran unopposed, each getting another term. Coroners Robert "Skip" Smith and Clark Holden ran unopposed, and both will serve another term.

In Pettis County, Republican Brandy Arnett beat incumbent Charli Ackerman with 63% of the vote to serve as Public Administrator. Nancy Jo Jennings ran unopposed in Johnson County and will serve another term.

Republicans Kim Lyne and Heather Reynolds ran unopposed for Treasurer of Pettis County and Johnson County, respectively, and each will serve another term.
