Below is a sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County Law Day on March 2, 2020.
Tyler J. Evans: age: 25, Sedalia, Mo was sentenced to three 30-year sentences to run consecutive to a 5 year sentence in the Missouri Department of Corrections on four separate matters (1 count Assault in the 1st Degree, 1 count Armed Criminal Action, 1 count Unlawful use of a Weapon and 1 count Unlawful Use of a Firearm).

Heaven Marie McCue: age 21, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4, 4 and 4-year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matters (2 counts Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and 1 count Resisting Arrest).

Charles B. Price: age 34, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 15 and 7-year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections under 559.115 ITC on two separate matters 1 count Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Heroin and Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Christopher J. Perry: age 22, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 7-years in the Missouri Department of Corrections under 559.115 ITC for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Cocaine.

Patrick D. Thompson: age 29, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Joshua C. Richey: age 23, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 2-year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Tampering With a Motor Vehicle and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon.

Elizabeth Ann Knox: age 55, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 25 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after her probation was revoked.

Dale L. Turley: age 50, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Evan C. Bankovich: age 25, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to three 3-year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matters (1 count Tampering with a Motor Vehicle, 1 count Resisting Arrest and 1 count Leaving the Scene of an Accident).
