Sacred Heart Speech Team Medals at Kaysinger Conference

The Sacred Heart Talking Gremlins put on a great showing at the Kaysinger Conference Speech Contest held Monday, Nov. 20 at SFCC.

Freshman Grace Ulbrich was a fierce competitor in her first high school contest in Poetry.

Junior Alyssa Perez competed in Prose and placed 6th in Poetry.

Sophomore Summer Caton finished 6th in Storytelling, 5th in Humorous and 4th in Extemporaneous Speaking.

Sophomore Gavin Rupp placed 4th in Original Works and 2nd in Poetry.

Sophomore Evan Rupp placed 7th in Radio Speaking, 2nd in Prose and 1st in Original Works.

Senior Sadie Rollings placed 4th in Humorous, 3rd in Radio and 1st in Prose.

The next match for the Talking Gremlins will be Jan. 13 at Lexington.
