A two-vehicle wreck on I-70 in Saline County sent one man to the hospital Wednesday evening.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the wreck at 5:25, on the I-70 ramp to Highway 127.

According to the online crash report, a 2015 Toyota Camry exited the interstate at a high rate of speed and struck the rear of a 2017 Ford Escape, which was stopped at the traffic sign.

The driver of the Camry, 33-year old Marlon L. Tucker, of Grandview, suffered minor injuries in the collision. He was taken to I-70 Community Hospital for treatment. Tucker was then arrested for several infractions, including 1st Degree Felony Tampering, DWI, Possession of Stolen License Plates, Careless and Imprudent Driving, No Seat Belt, and No Drivers License. He was placed on a 24-hour hold in the Saline County Jail.

The crash report indicates the driver of the Ford, 79-year old Darlene R. Vogelsmeier, of Marshall, was not injured.
