Earlier this week, the Marshall Police Department received information regarding a person who is impersonating a Marshall Police officer, specifically targeting people who have small children.
The lecture titled "The Fenwicks of Arrow Rock, 1835-Present: My Ancestry, Racial Identity and Patriotism" is the next installment in the state historic site’s First Saturday Lecture series.
According to the police report, officers were informed one of the subjects at the scene, Newbill, had a felony parole violation. Newbill was taken to the Pettis County Jail with no bond.
