Two Arrested in Child Abuse Case

On Friday, Pettis County Deputies arrested 44-year-old Barbara Dunlop of Sedalia, and 20-year-old Austin Mason Barklage of Sedalia, following an investigation for reported child abuse.

Dunlop was arrested in the 200 block of E. 32nd Street, and transported to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold. She faces a charge of 1st degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child (physical injury).

Barklage was arrested in the 1300 block of East Boonville. He faces charges of 1st degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child (physical injury) and nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images. Barklage was also transported to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hold.
