Sedalia Compost Facility to Offer Loading Hours this Saturday

The City of Sedalia's biosolids compost facility will be open for loading this Saturday, April 14.
The compost facility is located at the Materials Management Site, 27882 Hwy U. The facility will be open and loading of compost will be available from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (weather permitting).

A press release from the City of Sedalia says this is the only Saturday this year the facility will be open for loading of compost.

Compost must be paid for in advance at the Finance Department, located inside the Municipal Building at 200 S. Osage Ave. Compost must be paid for before the close of business on Friday (Apr 13), as the Finance Department is not open on Saturdays.

Business hours at the Municipal Building are Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
