Sedalia Man Charged With Rape, Sodomy & Child Molestation

Sedalia Police arrested Izaak H. Bartley of Sedalia at 3:30 p.m. Thursday after responding to a sexual assault involving a 13-year-old victim that occurred on Scott Joplin Court.

After an investigation was completed, Bartley was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold and charged with statutory rape, 1st degree statutory sodomy and 3rd degree child molestation.
