Police & Sheriff Reports For June 9, 2016

Sedalia Police & Pettis County Sheriff's reports for June 9, 2016:

On June 8, Rachell A. Clark, 32, Sedalia, was arrested on two counts of Failure to Appear (misdemeanor) and one count of Failure to Appear Upon Arrest after an officer noticed the subject near Broadway and Montgomery. A computer check revealed she had active warrants out of Pettis County and Sedalia. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail with a total bond of $1,838.50 and a court date of July 13.

Sarah E. Reynolds, 27, Sedalia, was arrested for 3rd degree Domestic Assault at 12:18 a.m. Today (Thursday) after Sedalia Police responded to a disturbance call. The caller stated her husband pushed her, while the husband said she his wife had been drinking and came after him. Police noticed scratch marks on his shoulder and back. The caller was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold.

Rebecca S. Butcher, 32, Sedalia, was arrested for Driving While Suspended or Revoked after a traffic stop at Broadway and Ohio for expired tags. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail with a court date of July 6.

On Thursday night, Cordell E. Edwards, Sedalia, was arrested for Failure to Appear-misdemeanor after police responded to a theft in progress call. Edwards had a warrant out of Henry County. His bond was set at $200.50 with a court date to be determined.

A subject reported a hit-and-run accident on the Woods Supermarket lot, 701 E. Broadway, on Thursday evening. The suspect, who allegedly hit a 2002 Subaru, was not identified at the time of the report.

Pettis County deputies recovered a set of keys and a yellow key chain in the area of 3600 E. 28th Street in Pettis County on Thursday morning.

Deputies took a report of a counterfeit bill that was received at a business at 1510 North Ohio (Break Time) on Thursday. There are no leads or suspects at the time of the report.
