Funeral Announcements for February 6, 2026

A memorial service for Delores Ann Maples, 94, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 7 at Rea Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Highland Sacred Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel.

Visitation for Wayne Jefferson Hutcheson, 98, of Sedalia, will be held on Sunday, Feb. 8 from 3 to 5 p.m. at Heckart Funeral Home in Sedalia. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 9 at the funeral home with burial to follow at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville with full military honors by the VFW Post 2591 and the United States Army at 12 p.m.

Visitation for Charles H. Cline, 85, of Sedalia, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 7 at First United Methodist Church on Thompson Blvd. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday at the church. Full Military Honors provided by VFW Post 2591 and the United States Army. Inurnment will be held at a later date at the IOOF Cemetery in Otterville. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.

A memorial service for Elizabeth Ann Webb, 85, of Sedalia, will be held at 12 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7 at Calvary Baptist Church. Inurnment will be in Crown Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Heckart Funeral Home.

The family of Herschel Lee McMillen, Jr., 85, of Versailles, formerly of Farmington and Jefferson City, will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 8 at First Baptist Church of Sweet Springs. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 9 at the church.   Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Sweet Springs. Arrangements are in care of Heckart Funeral Home.

A visitation and memorial service for Lola E. Smith, 95, of Sedalia, will be announced at a later date this spring. Burial will take place at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery at Higginsville at a later date. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A Celebration of Life for Brenda J. Eckhoff, 82, of Smithton will be held at 5 p.m. Friday, March 13 at Maplewood Church. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. prior to the service at the church.

A Celebration of Life for Sherry L. Woodman, 68, of Sedalia,  will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21 at the Sedalia Shrine Club. Cremation arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Funeral service for Grace D. "Gracie" Bouws, 66, of La Monte, will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 6 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel. A private family burial will be held at Dresden Cemetery at a later date.

A graveside service and burial for Mary Sue Sutton, 92, of Topeka, Kansas, formerly of Sedalia, will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 12 at Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia.

No services are planned at this time for Cheryl "Cheri" Lyn (Withers) Burgess-Milburn, 72, of Sedalia. A private graveside service and burial will be held at a later date at Hesper Cemetery in Eudora, Kan. Arrangements are in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

The family of Armilda (Witte) Schroder, 92, will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 10 at Scrivner-Page-Dady Funeral Home in Stover. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Florence United Methodist Cemetery.
