Sedalia Police Crime Reports for April 20, 2016

Around 5:30 in the morning on April 19^th, Sedalia Police officers were dispatched to the 3800 block of East Broadway to investigate suspicious activity. Officers conducted a traffic stop on a truck, for no license plates. Upon contact with the driver, he told officers he did not have his driver’s license on him. Dispatch advised that the man had a revoked license. 25-year old Chad W. Wagenknecht was arrested for being a revoked driver and for unlawful possession of a concealed weapon.

Around 2:00 in the afternoon on April 18^th, Sedalia Police officers conducted a warrant check in the 1800 block of South Beacon Avenue. Arrested at the scene was 48-year old Bennie Elton Montgomery, for a probation violation warrant, with no bond. Montgomery was transported to the Pettis County Jail.
