High School Girl Reported Missing by Her Mother Tuesday afternoon

According to a Sedalia police report, at 9:38pm Tuesday night a parent of a high school girl reported their daughter missing. According to the parent, the girl walked out of school that morning, and is believed to have left the area with a male subject known to her. There was no further information available at news time.

Two suspects arrested during a disturbance call Tuesday afternoon

At 3:27pm Tuesday afternoon the Sedalia Police investigated a disturbance in the 400 block of East 13th. Upon arrival officers found two-victims with minor injuries. The police report states following an investigation 55-year-old Terry Ray Strause of the residence was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was placed on 24-hour hold pending charges. Also arrested was 24-year-old David G. Williams of Sedalia. At the time of the police report Williams was in the Pettis County jail pending charges.

Debit and Food Stamp Card reported stolen by a female victim Tuesday night

Around 8:15 Tuesday night a female victim came to the police department to report her debit and food stamp cards had been stolen while she was incarcerated. The police report states the suspect in the case had not been located at news time.

Walmart reports a thief made off with 2-items valued at $178

On Tuesday a complainant at the Walmart Store reported they had learned someone who appeared to be a male juvenile had stolen 2-items valued at $178. There was no other information at news time.
