Sedalia Police Crime Reports: Morning of Wednesday, Feburary 4, 2015

The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Wednesday, February 4, 2015.
An EMT was struck by a patient, while trying to get him into the ambulance. Yander Chicas was taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center when the incident happened. Chicas was taken to another hospital, due to his blood alcohol concentration. Chicas faces a charge of assault on a law enforcement officer in the 3rd degree.
Sedalia Police arrested Holly Simmons for failure to appear out of Benton County, bond set at $250 and failure to appear out of Morgan County, bond set at $150.
A man reported to Sedalia Police that his ex-girlfriend has his cell phone and will not give it back.
