Sedalia Woman Accused of Theft at Walmart Self-Check Registers

On Friday at 1:38 p.m., Sedalia Police responded to WalMart, 3201 W. Broadway, for a theft report. Asset Protection advised that a subject known to her had been stealing by improperly using the self-checkout registers.

The suspect was later located at home and arrested. 42-year-old Diep T. Nguyen was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where she was booked and released.

Nguyen now faces 23 state charges of stealing.
