Sedalia Woman Injured After Vehicle Strikes Deer
A 64-year old Sedalia woman was taken to an area hospital Monday night after her vehicle collided with a deer in the roadway in Benton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the wreck at 7:35, on Highway 65 just north of Frisch Road.
According to the online crash report, a northbound 2014 Chevrolet struck a deer on the highway.
The driver, Frances Thatcher, suffered minor injuries in the wreck. Thatcher was taken to Fitzgibbon Hospital for treatment.
