Several Charges Dropped Against A St. Louis Police Officer

ST. LOUIS (AP) — Prosecutors dropped more than a dozen charges before a St. Louis city police officer was to testify about a secret device used to locate suspects in a robbery spree. The move this month freed the officer from facing questions about a surveillance tool that is subject to a confidentiality agreement between St. Louis police and the FBI.
