Several Options Available to Pay Sedalia Water Bills

The Sedalia Water Department is offering several different options for customers to pay their water bills.

The City of Sedalia says payment options include:

1) Online Bank to Bank Transfer: With this option, you may simply go online to your bank’s website each month and direct your bank to make a payment to the Sedalia Water Department.

2) Online Auto Debit: By signing-up for the Online Auto Debit through the Sedalia Water Department’s website, sedalia-water.com, you are authorizing your bank to pay whatever your monthly water balance is as soon as that bill is issued.

3) Payments may also be made 24/7 over the phone by calling 660-851-1704. Through the phone system, customers will be able to schedule a payment by using their banking account.

4) You can also continue to use your credit card to pay through the online system. However, it was notedthat in the future, the Water Department may need to collect a service fee for the processing of credit card transactions.

The City says in a press release that paying your bill electronically is the most cost effective way for the city and therefore it will help keep cost down for consumers.
