State Fair Community College’s Dental Hygiene Clinic will conduct a free screening from 5-7 p.m. Feb. 7 in the clinic adjacent to the walking track in the Fred E. Davis Multipurpose Center on the Sedalia campus.

Dental Hygiene students are seeking patients between the ages of 18-70 who have not had their teeth cleaned in several years; who are able to sit in a dental chair for a few hours; and who can serve as a patient for the board exam in April.

All patients, regardless of whether or not they are eligible for the board exam, will receive a certificate for a free cleaning at a later date. Dental hygiene students, under the supervision of experienced staff, are able to assess, educate and treat patients with periodontal disease.

Call (660) 596-7309 to schedule a screening or for more information. Walk-ins are welcome.
