SFCC, Missouri Job Center to Host Job, College Transfer Fair March 12

State Fair Community College’s Career Services, Student Success and Retention and Missouri Job Center will host a free Job and College Transfer Fair from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Thursday, March 12, on the Sedalia campus.

Employers will be in the Fred E. Davis Multipurpose Center, and transfer representatives will be Yeater Center lobby to visit with students and community members about job openings and educational opportunities.

Companies and colleges may register now through Feb. 27 to reserve booth space. More information and registration form are available at www.sfccmo.edu/jobs-and-transfer .

The fair is free for students and community members to network with employers about open positions and to visit with four-year school representatives about transferring. More than 50 businesses and 20 colleges and universities are anticipated to attend the fair. Job seekers and visitors do not need to register. Business attire and résumés are encouraged.
