State Fair Community College will host its second Advanced Manufacturing Projects (AMP) camp June 5-8, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., in the Olen Howard Workforce Innovation Center and the Collaborate Lab in Fielding Technical Center on the Sedalia campus.

The camp is open to students 12 to 16 years of age. Participation is limited to the first 12 students who register.

The four-day AMP camp will provide participants hands-on and engaging learning experiences and includes activities such as touring manufacturing facilities, manufacturing a product from beginning to finish, learning about entrepreneurship, and talking with industry experts. On the last day of the camp, students will have a competition with their finished projects.
