Small Plane Has Hard Landing At Kansas City Downtown Airport

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — One person suffered minor injuries after a small plane experienced a hard landing in Kansas City. Kansas City Aviation Department spokesman Joe McBride says one of the aircraft's two occupants suffered a broken arm last night. McBride says the plane touched down on the north side of the Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport.
