Well folks, I got the chance to get to talk to Amy Epple, who is the Recreation Superintendent for the Sedalia Parks.  She's definitely a busy lady getting a lot of great stuff in line for you and your family this season. Let's go over a quick list of just some of the stuff the Parks and Rec Department has going for you guys.

The Great Outdoors Family Fun Day will be held on Saturday, June 15 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the Sedalia Rod and Gun Club.  It will be a day filled with archery, shooting, fishing and all sorts of outdoor fun for the whole family.  But which outdoor activity is your favorite?

It may not feel like it outside, but they tell me it's springtime, and if there's one thing that everyone agrees on, we should be ready for some spring fun.  Sedalia's Parks and Recreation department is more than ready and has a lot of different things for you to do.
